We are building a strong community of like-minded people who want to focus on themselves without the overwhelming directions of a commercial gym. With a wide range of equipment and consistent support it is the perfect space for you to gain confidence and get great results.

When you train with Venture PT there is no need for gym membership. However, gym membership options are available to those wanting access to the gym independently to follow their Venture PT programme at your own pace.
